30-day returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping is free, we do not charge a restocking fee, and there are no final-sale items.

How to request a return

Email support@solareclipsespectacles.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide a prepaid return label or free return-shipping instructions. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can give you the correct return destination.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and reviewing your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.
